One of the toughest lessons I've had to learn as a parent, practitioner of healing and teacher, is that not everyone has the ears to hear or eyes to see simple common sense. The spirit thrives on simplicity, the multitudinous ego's thrive on complexity to justify their existence. When Jesus Christ said 'my yoke is light', what he meant was that its actually really easy to follow simplicity and practical common sense in order to live a full, purposeful and healthy life.
Now everyone needs an APP to tell them what to do. Have we devolved so far into unconsciousness and minimal attention span (the average attention span for a so called human is now less than a Goldfish), that we need AI to completely govern our life?
The answer is yes, because, what's actually a really simple existence of temporary experience has been hijacked by multiple internal aggregates that pridefully wants to control and claim dominion, credit and ownership of 'life', instead of surrendering to its already perfect flow.
The Matrix is fully in charge.

Having succumbed to evil in my life, as ALL of us have but might not care to admit it (evil loves to masquerade as sugar sweet love and light).....it is generally not long until it actualizes its agenda of destruction for the perpetrator of said ignorance. The best way to let evil destroy itself more quickly, is to calmly observe it, take unemotional and objective action when absolutely necessary to set appropriate boundaries or protection, resist the temptation to fix, change or control it, and just walk away. All that darkness can do is 'consume' light. Stop thinking your light can 'convert' the darkness, your light exposes it.
Shamans can curse too.....especially, again, if they've not had their coffee....

We live in a world of our own words. Plants live in the world of the earth, water, air and sun, animals live in the world of their instincts, their bodies and senses. We live in a world made up of the words, the spell(cast)ing, that we place on all things. We think we conquer creation with our words, we try to conquer each other with words and labels, words define our existence. To us, nothing actually exists unless we can explain it in words.
We think we create our reality, but all we do is create a dream with our spells.
So if you choose to dream, taste your words lest they be spat back at you by the mirror of the moonshine.
Discernment is a 'divine' form of judgment that doesn't sit on a pedestal of self righteous arrogance, entitlement and power.
When we discern, we have a far better chance of quietly and humbly making choices for our higher good.
Look at the contents as well as the cover of a person's book of life before you choose to build any form of relationship.
The constant chatter in the mind is a reflection of the desirous nature of our own ego's greedily siphoning our vital energy, hypnotising our conscious awareness and obscuring the light and wisdom of our soul.

What a tumultuous few months of obscurations from the Sun its been since the Spring Equinox immersion. Both Wendy Vickery Healing and I will running our Summer Solstice Immersion - Initiatonem Solis with Richard Valintine and Wendy Vickery next Saturday 22nd June where we hope to rekindle some warmth and relief from our own psychological and spiritual 'weather' as well as invite the Sun to stay with us for as long as possible for the rest of this year

As much as we enjoyed today's Sun, the wind wanted to 'hog' the stage.....
The wood dragon was speaking to me yesterday. It reminded me that the forms we exist within are merely temporary costumes, driftwood and shells given a brief moment of expression before being consumed into the vast and infinite ocean of the divine mothers cosmic womb.
It reminded me to 'express' fully, and that the wounds of our emotional body cannot be healed with a mind full of rationalisations and justifications.
If you're feeling somewhat drained and fatigued right now then make sure you're setting the correct physical and energetic boundaries for yourself.
The world and many people lost in their false selves feels somewhat parasitic right now. Beware being sucked into unnecessary and irrelevant conflicts, divisory manipulations and blame shifting. You are NOT a victim of life. Make small but consistent steps towards the conservation of your energy.
If your 'Being' has called itself into 'doing the work', then you may feel like life is a permanent abyss. The divine mothers sustenance for growth exists in the dark and many 're-evolutions' of the spiral are required in the process of formation of the soul. This often doesn't look very pretty 'on the outside'. A David doesn't suddenly appear from a block of marble without years of chipping, sculpting and polishing.

As much as the many arrogant psychopathic entities controlling the lunar tics on this long suffering sentient planet think they have sovereignty, in reality they do not.
In reality they are no more conscious than this innocent jellyfish. Completely controlled themselves by the tides and currents of their unconscious minds, bottled up in psychological aggregates of fear, pride and lust.
To be truly sovereign means to submit to the higher power and wisdom of divinity within you, not a false subjective 'I' constantly vying for validation, energy and attention.....or worse still, someone elses masquerading as a political saviour, unelected talking head or cos-playing monarch.
Be careful who you 'vote' the throne of your rational mind, you emotional heart and your centes of action to, lest you become like this jellyfish. Washed up, stranded and drying out in the sun.
Most of the self elected representatives of God on this earth are just greedy parasitic forces that have created cult like dogmatic control systems based on the narcissistic 'hope' trap of salvation from an eternal and fiery punishment. As long as their vulnerable and brainwashed followers remain silent tithing slaves to the person in the fancy hat and convincing words, they'll be right with the CEO.
